Hi all! I really like this novel and how it doesn’t have any blood dog drama. It’s just wholesome, rational adults going about their day.
But, there’s still a long way to go until the end of this novel. So here are some of my favorite moments 🙂

Luo Bei and Zhou Jiangguo spoilers
- Luo Bei and Zhou Jiangguo start a car wash together.
- A rich elder gentleman often shows up at the car wash to make Zhou Jiangguo wash his fancy car. He bickers with Zhou Jiangguo but is a sweetheart to Luo Bei and the staff.
- The old man turns out to be Zhou Jiangguo’s grandpa, who likes to watch his arrogant grandson do labor. (lol)
- Grandpa brings a friend to enjoy the show.
Fang Jingzhou cute moments
- Luo Bei and Zhou Jiangguo are taking Fang Jingzhou on a vacation. But wanting to take this opportunity to teach Fang Jingzhou the importance of money, they take him to sell fruits at a vendor.
- Fang Jingzhou discovers how hard it is to make money. He tells Luo Bei and Zhou Jiangguo to go on their vacation without him so they can save money.
Ending spoilers
- Zhou Jiangguo gets taken back to his family and slowly recovers some of his memories.
- He confesses to Luo Bei and they discuss and compromise on their social/economical differences.
- Zhou Jiangguo goes back to take over the family business while Luo Bei continues the car wash business.
- A new part-timer is trying to flirt with Luo Bei. The car wash staff secretly updates Zhou Jiangguo on the situation.
- Zhou Jiangguo is confident in their relationship but can’t help getting jealous. He comes to show off their relationship.
